BrokerLoads, LLC (“BrokerLoads,” “we,” “us”) operates brokerloads.com, a freight load board marketplace. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information you provide when registering: name, company name, email address, phone number, and, for carriers and brokers, authority identifiers such as MC/DOT numbers.
Listing and usage data: loads you post, search, or respond to, and how you use the site.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to understand site performance.

How we use information

To operate the marketplace: creating accounts, displaying listings, connecting brokers and carriers.
To send service communications, including SMS load alerts if you have opted in to receive them.
To verify carrier/broker authority against public FMCSA records.
To maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to BrokerLoads SMS alerts, we use your mobile number solely to send you the alerts and service messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies based on your alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile opt-in data is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages (our SMS service provider) or as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, communications delivery, payment processing), bound to use it only on our behalf;
Other users, to the extent you choose to post a load or respond to one (for example, your company name and contact details on a listing);
Authorities, when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices

You may update your account information at any time, unsubscribe from SMS alerts by replying STOP or changing your alert settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
